RETURN POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in new or gently used condition and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@carrotenus.com. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
REFUNDS
While we provide a full refund for your product, we do not refund shipping costs. We will issue the refund within 48 business hours of the returned item being marked as delivered. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
ORDER ISSUES
If there is any damages, defects, incorrect or missing items found upon order arrival, please email us contact@carrotenus.com with a detailed description of the problem.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. A return request can be opened and a new order can be placed.
