Carroten US only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at the time. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped. 

An order cannot be canceled or changed after it has shipped. Order changes such as changing the shipping address and issuing partial refunds can be requested by emailing contact@carrotenus.com.
